Scratches a real itch for Claude Code power users running unattended batch or subagent pipelines — wallet shock from a blown 5-hour window is a genuine pain. But the audience is narrow (macOS-only, Claude Code subscribers doing heavy agentic work), momentum is non-existent at 3 stars with no forks, and Anthropic could render this obsolete with a single dashboard feature. Unlikely to break out; more of a personal-utility script that found its way to GitHub.
